I can’t give this place enough praise. The team is truly fantastic and super friendly; we felt right at home the entire time we visited. They were really knowledgeable and assisted us in picking out a new stroller for our twin boys.

We first came across We Love Baby's ads on Facebook, and after checking out some reviews, we thought it was worth the 60-mile round trip to take a look. I’m really glad we made the journey! The place has such a warm vibe; from the moment we stepped inside, the staff made it clear we could ask for help if we needed it. They let us browse at our own pace, and when we had questions, every team member was super knowledgeable—not just about their products but also about the health and safety regulations. Since we’re preparing for our first baby, making choices can be tough, but they were incredibly patient and offered us alternative options that might suit us better. I also want to mention that the shopping experience was delightful; we never felt rushed to buy anything. They showed us a ton of different items and gave us the space to think things over before making any decisions. When we finally picked out what we wanted, they gave us a fantastic deal, really taking care of us since we traveled a bit to get there. We’re thrilled with our purchases and will definitely write another review on the products once our little one arrives and we can try them out. Paul and his colleague, sorry I can't recall his name. They showed up and brought my baba items along with a wardrobe that they put together and set up in the bedroom without charging me extra. These fellas really know how to treat customers right. I'm totally gonna suggest them to my family and pals, and I'll be using their services often!

Absolutely fantastic! I opted for next day delivery, so you can guess how disappointed I was when it didn’t arrive. I called customer service, and the guy I spoke to was amazing—super polite. He contacted DPD and found out it got lost at the depot. Since he didn’t have the same item in stock, he agreed to send me a replacement and even refunded my next day delivery fee. What a pleasure! I’ll definitely be ordering from you again.

WLB sold me something that was out of stock and sent a different item without any notice (24th Feb). Their customer service is nice but not dependable. I had to ring them up multiple times to send back the unwanted product, set up a pickup, and request a refund. It’s been 2 months (20th April) of chasing them and still no refund in sight... I'm really let down and just don’t have the energy to be mad. Great job...

This company is just incredible! They have an amazing selection of baby items and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! They went above and beyond to assist us, and they really know their stuff about the products they offer! I recently purchased a set of drawers from We Love Baby, specifically the Tutti Bambini model. Before I placed my order, I gave them a call, and they were super helpful in letting me know what was in stock. I went for a flat pack option, but sadly, there was a duplicate piece in the box, which meant I couldn't finish assembling the furniture (not their fault, though!). I called their office, and they were quick to offer sending the right piece the next day or even delivering a fully assembled one at no extra cost just a couple of days later.

I really can't complain about their customer service and how eager they are to assist. I'd totally recommend them!

I just bought something from this company and ran into some trouble with the delivery at first. One part of my order showed up, but the other part was missing (thanks to the delivery service messing up). I reached out to welovedeals, and they picked up the phone right away. Charles took care of everything for me, and I gotta say, he was amazing. He kept in touch with me every day, sometimes even more than once a day, until it was all sorted out. I've never written a review for any business before, but I felt like this level of customer service was so unexpectedly good, it was almost hard to believe. Big thanks to Charles!!
